Grant Year 2025 Virginia Enterprise Zone
In-Person How-to-Qualify Workshops

The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold multiple in-depth "How-to-Qualify" Workshops in-person in multiple locations throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. These workshops will provide detailed instructions on the qualification process for Grant Year 2025 Real Property Investment Grants and Job Creation Grants. The workshops include a section for CPAs on the CPA Agreed Upon Procedures, as well. Grant Year 2025 grants include grants for jobs created in calendar year 2025 and grants for real property investments that received final placed-in-service documentation in calendar year 2025. Attendance is open to the public and free of charge.
